SUDIA (Sudanese Development Initiative) is launching this nationwide experience-based survey, which is designed to collect data and information about the experiences of civil society organizations and other stakeholders regarding the civic space in Sudan.

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, issued a decision to form a committee headed by the Registrar General of Work Organizations at the Ministry of Justice. This is to form steering committees for trade unions and the General Federation of Employers until their general assemblies are held.

The Central Darfur state government issued a decision declaring a state of emergency in all parts of the state for a period of one month.

In accordance with the decision of the governor of the Blue Nile region to declare a state of emergency in the region, the decree authorized the regular forces to arrest people and search and seize property.

The Council of Ministers, headed by Acting-Minister of Cabinet Affairs Mr Othman Hussein Othman, issued a decision to dissolve the Steering Committee of the Sudanese Red Crescent Association, which was formed under Resolution No. (197) for the year 2020.
