Federal Minister of Governance in White Nile State issues a decree to suspend the agricultural production associations in the state.

The Sudanese Journalists Union has today issued a press statement in which it noted an alarming increase in the frequency of journalists being stopped at checkpoints and bridges and obstructed from pursuing their reporting and coverage, as well as disrespect and a lack of appreciation for their work by the authorities.
