The Sudanese Journalists Union has today issued a press statement in which it noted an alarming increase in the frequency of journalists being stopped at checkpoints and bridges and obstructed from pursuing their reporting and coverage, as well as disrespect and a lack of appreciation for their work by the authorities.
On the anniversary of the massacre that took place in-front of the Sudan army headquarters on 3 June 2019, the Sudanese Archive team has posted an article that captures stories and evidence from the unfortunate incident. Their website also contains a large amount of materials (photos, videos, and more) from the June 3rd massacre.
