A group of Rapid Support soldiers, in Kutum, North Darfur State, attacked a group of youths, beating and shaving their heads using shaving blades. The incident took place in public at the Kutum market in North Darfur state.

According to one of the main political leaders in the region, this behavior occurs to provoke the youth and to push them to demonstrate in the streets, where they then assault them by firing live bullets at them.

اعتدت قوة تابعة لمليشيات الدعم السريع في مدينة كتم بولاية شمال دارفور، على مجموعة من الشباب وقامت بضربهم وتشويه رؤسهم باستخدام (امواس) حلاقة. حلق الرؤوس امام الملأ داخل سوق كتم بولاية شمال دارفور.

وأفاد احد القيادات السياسية بالمنطقة، ان هذا المسلك يأتي لاستفزاز الشباب وجرهم للخروج للتظاهر ومن ثم الاعتداء عليهم بضربهم بالرصاص.
