Civic Education Workshop Stopped Intelligence by in South Darfur
The General Intelligence Service prevented the Sudan Social Development Organization (SUDO) from holding a civic education workshop that was to be held in Nyala, the capital of South Darfur State, and summoned the organization and project managers.
The Sudanese Congress Party (the state branch) said in a statement that the organization had met the procedures and permits of the Humanitarian Aid Commission to hold the event, but the attendees were surprised by the refusal to hold the workshop.
