Groups of people in El Fasher, western Sudan, attempted to attack the leaders of the Forces for Freedom and Change (FFC), Khaled Selk, and Muhammad Al-Asam, during a mass symposium in the city, as they struggled to exit the symposium.

This occurred as a result of the chanting of masses against the delegation of the FFC participating in the symposium, due to it’s failure to include peace files in the constitutional document, which will govern the transitional period.

حاولت بعض الجماهير بمدينة الفاشر، غرب السودان، الاعتداء بالضرب على القياديين بقوى الحرية والتغيير، خالد سلك، ومحمد الاصم، خلال ندوة جماهيرية بالمدينة، ما ادى الى خروجهم بصعوبة من مكان الندوة.

وتعود مجريات الأحداث، الى قيام جماهير بالهتاف ضد وفد قوى التغيير المشاركة في الندوة، بسبب عدم تضمين ملفات السلام في الوثيقة الدستورية والتي سوف تحكم الفترة الانتقالية.
