The governor of West Darfur ordered the arrest of a member of the resistance committees during a sit-in in front of the headquarters of the state government. A video clip exposed the Governor as he ordered his companions to stop the chaos and arrest a member of the resistance committees who was speaking at the protest, directing his speech to the governor, and denouncing the violations taking place in the state.
