Mobile network operators sent out messages to their subscribers apologizing for the disruption in internet services and notifying subscribers that internet service will be cut everyday (except Friday) from 8 AM to 11 AM for the duration of the Sudanese secondary school examinations. It was not immediately clear which government entity was behind the decision and the reasoning behind it.
