Committee for Dismantlement of the NCP regime vs. Islamists Ramadan Iftar
The Committee for Dismantlement of the former NCP regime issues a press statement explaining its actions on breaking up a Ramdan iftar that was being held at the Green Yard and that was organized by what it describes as Islamist remnants of the former regime.
The statement describes how upon seeing a video that was poste don social media of the Ramdan iftar being convened at the green yard, the Committee quickly dispatched a Police force to the location to disband the gathering and arrest the organizers. The statement describes the gathering as a political gathering in the guise of a social event, and the organizers as remnants of the former regime. Several people were arrested including the person who shot the short video and posted it on social media.
