HAC Khartoum state restricts access to public conferencing facilities
The Commissioner of the Khartoum State-level Humanitarian Aid Commission moves to restrict access to venues and conferencing facilities used by civil society organizations registered under the HAC Khartoum state-law of 2015.
In letters addressed to several of the prominent hotels/conferencing facilities in Khartoum state and dated 8 May 2022 the Commissioner instructs the hotels to not allow any civil society organizations from using their facilities/venues for meetings or gathering without the prior consent/authorization from the Commission.
