The United Nation has condemned the excessive use of violence by the police and Rapid Support Forces (RSF) against protestors in all areas in Sudan. The United Nation also stated that the safety of the protestor’s responsibility falls under the Transitional Military Council (TMC), and it’s within the rights of the protestors to express themselves and ensure the safety of their country during this crucial period. Also, the United Nation human rights expert have welcomed the TMC move to create an investigative committee that will look into all violations and violence that happens since the start of the protests on the 19th of December of last year. However, he insisted that the committee should be impartial and non-biased, and to strictly professional when investigating and those who are found guilty are to face justice.
