A press report monitors violations of press freedom by the security authorities
A report monitored major violations of freedom of expression after the military coup. Al-Sudani newspaper announced the suspension of its publication for a period of (10) days in protest of what it described as the bloodiness that accompanied the November 17 demonstrations in the city of Khartoum North.

The administration of Al-Sudani newspaper decided to suspend publications for a period of 10 days, and journalist Amr Shaaban (Darfur24) stated that the suspension of publications came in protest against the bloodshed that accompanied the November 17 demonstrations in Al-Moasasa area in Khartoum North.
Al-Jazeera's Office Manager in Sudan Arrested
Al-Jazeera network condemned the arrest of its office manager in Khartoum, Al-Musallami Al-Kabbashi, and demanded his immediate release, holding the military authorities responsible for the safety of all its crews in Sudan.
