A religious group prevented the completion of a statue of a martyr of the revolution in one of the main streets of Omdurman, and destroyed it.

A group of artists designed a statue of the martyr Abd al-Azim Abu Bakr, but according to witnesses, one of the militants, ignored everyone and destroyed parts of the statue.

منعت جماعة دينية، نصب تمثال لاحد شهداء الثورة، في احد الشوارع الرئيسية بمدينة ام درمان، وقامت بتحطيمه.

وصمم مجموعة من الفنانيين تمثالاً للشهيد عبد العظيم أبوبكر، إلا أن احد المتشددين، بحسب شهود، قام في غفلة من الجميع وحطم اجزاءاً من التمثال.
